The Wastewater Professional accepts articles that are of interest to CWEA members. Typical topics include local section and committee news, member updates such as career changes, and training or management stories related to the water environment field.

The deadlines for The Wastewater Professional are:

Earn contact hours for your articles!
One (1) Contact Hour of CWEA-approved instructional session or training is defined as 50 minutes of participation in an organized continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.

• One (1) contact hour may be earned by:
  Authorship of published educational or technical materials relevant to the vocation in a professional journal, book or monograph at the rate of 2 contact hours per article or book
