Peter Maclaggan, Senior Vice President of Poseidon Resources will provide a historical perspective on water supply in the San Diego Region, give an overview of the endeavor to build a desalination plant in Carlsbad, and discuss their approach to energy management, filtration technologies, brine removal, and conveyance needs.
