Dindo Carillo

Dindo Carillo is employed at the Orange County Sanitation District as a Senior Environmental Specialist. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from UC Irvine and his Master’s Degree in Chemistry with an emphasis on Analytical Chemistry from CSU Long Beach.

Dindo has over 16 years experience with regulatory compliance responsibilities which focus on NPDES Permitting, Underground Storage Tanks Permitting, and SSS WDR Order Regulations and Revisions. He is the past Chair of the CWEA Government Affairs Committee (2013 – 2014) and current Chair of the Southern California Alliance of POTW Collections Committee (2018 – 2019).

Dindo has been an active volunteer for SARBS and CWEA since 2013.
Dindo is an excellent example of PICK: Professionalism, Ingenuity, Contribution and Knowledge.
Her deserves to be considered along with the other professionals in his trade that have been honored before him.
