CWEA member, Luis León, has over 37 years of U.S. and international engineering and management experience in the areas of master planning, feasibility studies, asset management, design (plans, specifications, and estimates), permitting, and construction management of public and private infrastructure projects. These projects have included wastewater collection systems, water distribution facilities, storm drainage, transportation systems, and land development.
Mr. León has also managed projects for the assessment, rehabilitation, expansion, and reconstruction of numerous utility systems for diverse and complex commercial, residential, and governmental projects. He has expertise in pipeline condition assessment, design and rehabilitation using innovative applications of trenchless technologies, and is recognized as a national leader in sewer collection systems.
