We’re excited to share some wonderful news about recent promotions, accomplishments, and new team members within our CWEA family. These updates reflect our commitment to growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the water sector.

Norah Duffy – Vice President of Programs
We’re proud to announce the creation of a new Vice President of Programs role to oversee Education, Marketing, Membership, and TCP (Technical Certification Program). This role will foster cross-departmental collaboration and drive strategic initiatives forward. Norah Duffy, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership as our Director of Certification, will step into this new position. Norah recently graduated with honors from Cornell University’s Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy, earning a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management. Congratulations, Norah, on this well-deserved promotion!

Lydia Guerra – Director of Certification
As Norah transitions into her new role, we are thrilled to announce Lydia Guerra as CWEA’s new Director of Certification. Lydia has been instrumental in advancing our certification programs and supporting the Technical Certification Program’s (TCP) growth. Her expertise and dedication make her the perfect fit to lead this critical area. Congratulations, Lydia!

Brian Mosley – Local Section Coordinator
To better reflect the scope and importance of his contributions, Brian Mosley’s title has been updated to Local Section Coordinator. Brian’s work supporting our local sections is vital to CWEA’s success. Thank you for everything you do, Brian!

Angelina Chu – Certification Coordinator
We’re excited to welcome Angelina Chu as CWEA’s new Certification Coordinator. Angelina graduated from UC Berkeley in 2022, earning a BA in Cognitive Science with a Minor in Data Science. Her strong analytical skills and fresh perspective will be a valuable addition to our certification team as we continue to support the professional growth of water sector professionals. Welcome aboard, Angelina!
